When you go out and about in Brighton & Hove what do you think about the music scene?

What do you think about the venues?

Do you think the council does enough to help support small venues?

Are there enough venues supporting the artists who want to play for you every weekend?

These are just a small number of questions which come up in conversations across the city, and that is only the ones we have heard; there must be hundreds more conversations taking place about our music scene, from those who work within it; conversations about our music scene, what it delivers, who are the winners and losers, and what the future holds.

We want to ensure our city has a voice about a wide range of topics.  This is all on top of our members being able to network and grow through our monthly events which are totally free to attend, free to sign up to and all with free content to take advantage of.

Do you have a topic you want to include into Brighton Sound Social for 2019?  Is there something you want to bring to the monthly discussions which will enable us to cover important topics which matter to the Brighton music scene?

If you have a topic you want to discuss with the community, or you are a person from a venue or a place which has something to say then get in contact with Roxy from the BSS content team who will be happy to speak to you about your idea.  If you haven’t done so already you also need to sign up to become a member for free.
